We’ve had an unusual journey and I was impressed by a number of things. To start with, your willingness to accommodate early discussions at odd times when working long hours at my previous employer. Likewise, with issues arising with my new employer, you helped facilitate events such that I was both reassured and kept aware of risks and issues; whilst ensuring that my contract was being progressed as much as possible and proposing a work-around to bridge the gap between my first day here and my contract start-date.

I found Mark Simpson to be very efficient at his job as a Recruitment Agent.
Although I have never met him personally, his telephone manner was polite, friendly and positive. Above all, I found him to be very thorough. For example, prior to arranging an interview, he would obtain as much information as possible and make sure I had a good heads up on both the Client and interviewers. The day before the interview he would telephone and make sure all was ok. And the post-interview review was detailed, getting as much initial interview reaction from me as possible. He also phoned the next day to see if my views had subsequently changed. Mark always returned my calls promptly. All-in-all I have been very satisfied with both Mark Simpson and Avanti Recruitment.

I found Avanti really considered my needs, wants and aspirations. They were very attentive and I felt they were personally working for me full time. Avanti progressed my application for a role I applied for very quickly. Other companies I had dealt with just never seem to do anything with your applications and never get back to. The day I applied for a role Avanti managed to book in the first interview for the coming week.
