Digital Producer (Permanent)

We're looking for an experienced Digital Producer with around 3 years' experience, preferably Agency side and with Web Development, CMS, App Development background. Email marketing knowledge would be a bonus but is not essential.

You'll need to be able to hit the ground running with good project management skills including an ability to manage internal resource with some client facing responsibilities, day to day digital production, creating and following critical path, and producing project documentation.
The Digital Producer will report to the Head of Production and become the 5th producer of a growing team. Being a team player, with a friendly and positive outlook is a must!

Senior Integrated Conceptual Art Director - Central London Agency

I am working with a NMA Top 100 central London agency who are recruiting for a contract integrated art director. They want someone for 3-6 months who may eventually become a permanent employee. I am recruiting on behalf of a fast growing agency in central London who are working with international clients. They are developing some of the most widely used iPad and iPhone applications as well as digital and social solutions. They require a project manager who has full web campaign experience (banners, social, search etc.) to work on a key project for them starting ASAP. They want people with an agency background who have worked on digital projects (web, social media, mobile etc.), these can be for any sector. Account Manager - Digital Agency

Summary of Role

The Account Manger (AM) is expected to manage the day-to-day running of accounts, acting as the main point of contact for their clients, ensuring both excellent client service and successful delivery of projects. They will need to work closely with both Technical Project Managers on project deliverables and with their Account Director (AD) to ensure their strategic vision for the account is implemented. AMs are expected to help grow and develop accounts, through excellent client relationships and best in class service.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of clients and their partner agencies
• Ensure professional management of the client business by maintaining ongoing documentation of all client work in progress including status reports, contact reports, invoicing, etc.
• Work closely with Technical Project Managers on project timings and deliverables and escalate project level risks to Account Director
• Build and maintain relationship with internal teams (Creative, Development, Technical Project Management, etc)
• Support AD on new business proposals and pitches where required

Required Skills and Experience

• 3 years plus account management experience (of which a minimum of 1 year in Digital) gained within an agency background
• Strong track record of managing multiple clients, budgets and timings plans simultaneously
• High level of attention to detail
• Understanding and experience in the digital space along with grounding in marketing/advertising/communications principles
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, and must be able to hold senior client conversations

Digital Account Director

Avanti Recruitment are working with a full-service digital solutions agency. Their work is focused around both web and mobile, and increasingly, the convergence between the two.

We are recruiting a number of account directors (FMCG, Financial service and retail background)

Overall Responsibilities:

• Foster strong client relations through understanding the Client's brand, marketing and business challenges and deliver strategic leadership
• Work to create business development opportunities and deliver against agreed targets
• Assist in overall financial forecasting for the business by taking responsibility for revenue forecasting on clients managed
• Negotiate all retainer/fee agreements
• Ensure the timely and accurate billing of all client work
• Work closely with all teams within Jigsaw (Strategy, Creative, Development, Technical Project Management, etc.) to ensure excellence in all deliverables produced in a timely fashion and to budget
• Serve as point of escalation for any ongoing projects within one's team
• Work closely with, and co-ordinate teams for writing proposals, attending pitches, and collating follow-up materials for potential clients
• To understand and be conversant in MIG's wider service offering, identifying opportunities for introduction to partner agencies as appropriate

Senior Project Manager - Digital, Web, PRINCE, Agile – London

Avanti Recruitment is working on behalf of a global digital agency who are based in central London. One of their business units requires a Senior Project Manager / Project Director to join an existing team initially as a contractor and then as a permanent member of the team.

Your role will be to manage multiple work streams at any one time in a client facing role. You will be responsible for delivering large corporate web projects working in a PRINCE, Agile and SCRUM environment. It is essential that you have experience in delivering web projects and CMS experience will be ideal as well.

My client is one of the leading digital agencies and they would like someone who has worked as senior project manager or project director within another digital or integrated agency. Any experience in mobile application or iPad / Tablet PC application development would be great to have but not essential.

Project Director for a leading digital agency in London

I am working on an URGENT requirement for one of the worlds leading communications groups. This digital agency requires an experienced Project Director to join them on a contract which will become a permanent role.

You must have agency experience managing multiple workstreams (up to 6) of various values. You should have strategic level digital experience delivering corporate web builds and CMS work.
